Home made Teething Biscuits

My friend Linzee told me about her friends blog http://www.homespunsprout.com/search/label/baby%20food, she brought it up because I was telling her how much John and I didn't like Pipe eating Mum Mum's.  Although they are a simple quick snack (& great at occupying baby), they just turned to a gummy mush when she eats them and they stick to everything.  I assume that is exactly what they did in her intestines, turn to glue.  So Linzee tells me about her friends blog who makes her own teething biscuits.  So in my quest to be "crunchy" I checked it out and made a batch.  Here is how I did it:
Teething Biscuits
3 egg yokes
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
4 Tbsp. black strap molasses
1/2 cup millet
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Method
Mix molasses, oil, and egg yokes.
Add flours. Mix to make a stiff (still slightly doughy/pliable) dough.

Put dough on a cookie sheet, roll so it's about a quarter inch thick and run a pizza cutter over to cut into rectangles.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Seriously, Piper devours these!  They are super healthy, full of iron and yummy goodness for baby and an added bonus: the house smells a bit like gingerbread cookies for a few hours!  Yes please!
